Basic Level Editing $295

Corrections and/or alternatives will be offered for errors such as wrong word use, incorrect spelling, punctuation, word and tense consistency. This service does not include character inconsistencies or date and factual inaccuracies. This service is not suitable for technical manuscripts. The time frame for return will be fixed with the author before purchase. If the client has an urgent deadline, this can be discussed. Acceptable formats: Word or any Office program that can be easily modified. No PDFs accepted.

Intermediate Level Editing $395

This service covers everything in the Basic along with a few extras such as consistency in tone, verb tenses and word choices. It also includes suggestions for changing badly structured or badly worded sentences and paragraphs. It includes character inconsistencies but not date or factual inaccuracies. This service is not suitable for technical manuscripts. The time frame for return will be fixed with the author before purchase. If the client has an urgent deadline, this can be discussed. Acceptable formats: Word or any Office program that can be easily modified. No PDFs accepted.

Advanced Level Editing $495

This service covers everything in the Intermediate with more in-depth suggestions to ensure sentence and script clarity, consistency in the characters, the time line of the story and an overview of the story itself. If the manuscript has any “holes”, suggestions will be made to fix them. It includes any date inaccuracies within the story's time frame, but it does not include "rewriting" a manuscript, i.e. taking the basic story and writing it again. However, this level is suitable for error-heavy manuscripts. It does not include factual inaccuracies. This service is not suitable for technical manuscripts. The time frame for return will be fixed with the author before purchase. If the client has an urgent deadline, this can be discussed. Acceptable formats: Word or any Office program that can be easily modified. No PDFs accepted.
