It also includes suggestions for changing badly structured, or badly worded sentences and paragraphs to ensure both sentence and script clarity, consistency in the characters and the time line of the story, and an overview of the story itself. It does include any dating inaccuracies within the story's time frame but it will not include "rewriting" a manuscript, i.e. taking the basic story and writing it again.
