Happy Birthday, Angel Editing
Hello to you all and welcome to the blog of the new Angel Editing site. Unlike its predecessor, this one will be updated with such frequency, scientists will have to come up with a new time period, even shorter than a nano-second.
OK, maybe not.
Let's be realistic here, Angela. How often will you really update the blog?
Right. Try that again.
Unlike its predecessor, this one will be updated with such irregularity, scientists will have to come up with a new time period that describes random.
What?
OK, yes, good point.
Just like its predecessor, this one will be updated with such irregularity, scientists will have to come up with a new time period that describes random.
But welcome anyway.
We are going to have some guest bloggers, maybe some famous folks, maybe some known only to a few close friends, maybe some strangers off the street persuaded to write their mad ramblings. And we are going to give in to our own rants and moans.
If you want to have your say here, email at mark.angela@angelediting.com
It's also going to be the place for competitions and announcements, so keep watching.
Cheers,Angela and Mark

The new site is nearly done!

Only a few hours to the new site is launched!
The new logo can already be seen here, but the new site with all the special offers and exciting new pages will be ready in less than 24 hours.
Then it will be two sites and two blogs to keep updated.
We would love to hear your feedback on the new logo today and the new site tomorrow.
Happy five years, Angel Editing!

Spring is coming...

You can feel the first glimpses of spring already; the heaters are off for longer, the jumpers are getting thinner, the sun is getting warmer. And there are even some blossom trees valiantly showing their precious blooms. Yes, spring is on its way, at least to Spain anyway. And along with spring comes everything new; young and newborn/hatched everywhere, new plants and blooms...

So with spring in mind, and to celebrate five years of Angel Editing, we are soon going to be announcing everything new: a new site, a new domain name, a new logo.

Yes indeedy, Angel Editing will be given a facelift (not that the team need it, of course... well maybe we do) and a complete makeover. And to help us celebrate, we will be offering some special promotions and discounts to all our customers, new and old alike. But like all things new, it takes time to prepare and simmer before it can be presented to the world. So in the meantime, we are offering a 10% site-wide discount. Just email us with the code: 10site.

Look out for the new, spring-fresh Angel Editing, coming soon...

Frequently asked questions.

·        If you edit my book, will I lose my ownership rights?

Absolutely not. Your book is and always will be your book.

·        During the editing process, will you drastically change my style, or my content?

No, we work to maintain the author’s style and voice; and we return the book to you in a way that you can choose whether to accept the suggested changes or not.

·        How can I be sure you won’t keep my book and publish it yourself?

Once the editing and / or formatting is complete, we delete all copies from our system. And after working on over 800 manuscripts, we have established a good reputation with our customers, and would not endanger that.

·        What are the special services, and why are there no prices or links there?

We would like to make sure author and editor are a good fit before you purchase; this is why we ask to do a sample of the book; you can see how we work and we can see which of our editors is right for your work. In some cases, special prices are agreed upon due to the exact nature of the work. These special services are for these people.

·        Can you give me a list of books you have already edited?
No. Our authors have the right to privacy and we will not disclose any of their details, aside from any testimonials they choose to leave for us.
